Applies when the role is Data Room. Loads sites in dataroom mode so you assign the production clone. Leave unchecked below to keep all sites; restrict and pick IDs to whitelist; restriction with none selected locks out sites.

readonly: View dashboards only, no document access
data_room: Read-only access to Dashboard, Analytics, Grid, Sites. Can view public documents only. No live data.
viewer: Read-only access including document downloads (all classifications)
document_manager: Upload and delete site documents
customer_manager: Manage hosting customers (Arthur)
site_manager: Manage sites and their documents
scenario_manager: Create and modify planner scenarios
operations_manager: Manage live data and operations settings
user_manager: Assign roles to other users
developer: Access to beta features (Live Data, Compare, Analytics)
admin: Full access to all features (restricted to whitelist)
